History

As a response to the growing problems and challenges amongst youth all over the world, LifeMakers Prosperity Project was created by Mr. Amr Khaled (an international motivational speaker and youth advocate). This idea was very appealing to many youth worldwide as it addressed their problems and needs. Shortly after it was adapted by many youth, it transformed to become a group work. LifeMakers teams worldwide consisted of highly motivated young men and women who want to make a difference and change their lives as well as the lives of others.

LifeMakers members strongly believe that all humans – regardless of their age, gender, or belief – deserve a dignified, peaceful and prosperous life. As a result, LifeMakers groups spread over the whole world. Given the high caliber of Canadian youth, Canadian youth were one of the first to respond to this progressive project. It all started when a highly motivated Canadian youth, Jawad Annabulsi, created an MSN internet group to discuss the idea of “prosperity to all” and implement the presented charitable projects. This simple move successfully mobilized hundreds of Canadian youth that believed in the same cause. The dedication and hard work of young Canadian-Muslim men and women gave birth to LifeMakers Canada.
